TERMS OF SERVICES

 The Service provider Company is in the business of providing electronic bookkeeping services to its customers using the software application subscribed by the customer to which he is authorized to 

B. WHEREAS, the Customer is in the business of Hospitality and has expressed interest in utilizing the services of the Service provider for his business purpose.

NOW, THEREFORE, It is commonly agreed and covenanted by both parties to adhere to the following terms and conditions for the agreed duration and any extensions thereof.

II. Services. The Service provider agrees to provide the following services: (check all that apply)

· Daily sales entry

· Accounts Receivables 

· Accounts Payables

· Processed Payroll Entry

· Inter-Company Transactions

· Data Entry & Books of Accounts update

o Regular Transaction entry

o Adjustment Entries

o Reconciliation 

· Preparation of Standard Financial Statements

The aforementioned selections shall be referred to as the “Services”. The Service provider shall conduct the Services within the specifications and guidelines set by the Client. The Service provider shall, at all times, observe and comply with generally accepted bookkeeping and accounting practices and standards while complying with all Federal and State laws, regulations, and procedures when completing their Services in accordance with this Agreement.
